Quilting Traditions Quilt Show

Almost 2 years ago our church jumped into the Quilt Show arena.  We had a fantastic 1 day show that made over $750 for our missions and exhibited more that 300 quilt pieces.  We have decided to jump with both feet into the show. Our show is September 11th & 12th at Port Byron First United Methodist Church in Port Byron, IL
These are some of the pictures from 2 years ago.

If you have the opportunity to come out we would love to see you.

There is a $3 admission and luncheon by donation.

Come see what the Upper Rock Island quilting community has to offer.

Both new and historical quilts present.

Hope to see you there.
We are still looking for quilts from the surrounding area.  Forms need to be filled out and returned by August 29th.  Forms are available at the church.

Happy Quilting.

  1. Oh, how I wish I could go! What beautiful quilts were there, and your church is beautiful! And 300 quilts! That was a big show! I hope the show this year will raise lots of money for your missions effort. ---"Love"

  2. Thanks for the images. It looks like a good show and I'd love to see some quilt shows in the US. It should be a great show.
